experiences a mainly tropical climate ,which can basically be divided into three seasons namely Summer, Rainny
and winter.

The
Summer
The summer begin from March to June and the temperature is about 30 to 35 C .The temperatures
can soar above the average and the heat can be stifling and humidity can be quite hight .So wearing cotton clothes ,
cool materials and slippers are recommandable ,although the heat is often unbearable this is still resonable time

The Rainy
The Rainy season begin from July to October and the temperature is about 25 to 30 C.The tropical
monsoon is usually cloudy, rainy, hot and humid. The mountains also prevent the south west monsoon from blowing into central
Burma. The annual rainfall in myanmar is different in different regions. The south and western costal strips usually
get 200 inches and 80 to 120 inches in the delta and 50 to 120 inches in the eastern hilly regions and in the north ,while
in central burma-the dry zone- the annual rainfall may be as low as 30 inches. Rain
can be torrential but usually falls in short burst during the afternoon.Although there is a slight drop in temperature, the
rise of humudiy makes to be uncomfortable conditions.Road travel is affected during the rainy season because many
roads are impassable after heavy rain especially mountain roads. So during the wet season, travelling in the mountains can
be slow and should allow for extra time when making travel plan by road and waterproofs and mosquito repellent
would be useful and unbrella is very much recommandable since the heat and high humidity make it almost unbearable
to wear rain coat but for the hill station such as Pyin Oo Lwin,Kalaw,Taunggyi will need a few extra layers of
cloths as it can get chilly.

Winter
The Winter season begin from November to February and the temperature is about 18 to 22 C. The temperatures ramin
relatively pleasent, cool breezes blow across the country and rain fall is low. Days are clear and views are enchanced by endless
blue skies. In some hilly region (Pyin Oo Lwin,Kalaw ,Taunggyi etc...)you need light jacket as it can be cooler than
the low land .This is the best season to visit Myanmar ,although you are warmly welcome to visit any time!
